Kitesurfing in Raches, Greece

2 hours from Athens Airport or 30 minutes from Volos Airport. "Raches" is Greece’s best kept secret, tucked away on the mainland, the wind arrives in the afternoon across a spit of land that creates both an on-shore spot and beautiful butter flat off-shore spot for those looking to progress tricks.

The forecast doesn’t pick up the thermal winds - so the best part? No one comes unless they're local.

The water is warm and calm without currents, no sealife that can eat you but do be careful for a few hidden spikey shells in the shallows, bring some easy to put on beach shoes for when you're not kiting.

This week of connection combines kitesurfing with personal development, a powerful combo. A jam packed 6 days of self-exploration, performance coaching techniques and focused kitesurf progression. Get bold, get courageous together at the best kept secret in Greece.

Kitesurfing | Intermediate Levels

This trip is aimed at upwind riders+.

You have the basics down and are feeling bold and courageous to develop skills, tricks and find the style that is uniquely you. The format of this week has been designed to coach your minds as well as your body, allowing the best performance and progression.Whilst this trip is not suited for beginners, we can cater for them. Please get in touch directly if you cannot kitesurf upwind and would like to join.

Transportation
Due to the location of the trip, we can organise a transfer to pick you up on the Sunday and drop you off the following Sunday (Minibus). Otherwise we recommend a hire car if you are planning to stay for longer.

The event will run from Monday to Saturday.

Accommodation

We love this space - a peaceful space for morning yoga, breakfast, relaxed evening beers, talks, workshops and a calm sleep.

You will be 'Glamping' with us in Bell Tents fitted with twin beds including all the necessaries (mattress, bedding, side tables, electrics and lighting), followed by breakfast all together in the restaurant.

The accommodation is set in a renowned eco-lodging owned by Elpis - someone who leads with their heart - where the staff, surroundings and ambition is focused on making this world a better place. You’ll hear all about that during the week.

The accommodation sits right on the seafront, off a quiet track, 10-15 minutes walk to the Kite spot and 15-20 minutes walk to the small town centre.

The rooms are based on sharing a twin room, a single bed each. If you would like to upgrade to a private room, with double bed. Please contact us directly (spaces very limited).
